About the presenter:

David C. Radley, Ph.D., M.P.H., is the director of data and analytics at the Center for Evidence-based Policy at OHSU, where he oversees research and analytic activities to help state Medicaid and other agencies make evidence-informed policy decisions. Radley has two decades of experience in health policy evaluation, quality and performance measurement, public reporting and visualization of health care data. He also serves as senior scientist for health system tracking at The Commonwealth Fund, and has authored over 60 articles, issue briefs, and technical reports focusing on access to care, health care affordability, health care quality, health equity, and population health outcomes.
